Do you have to get on stage?
Now, I know some of you might be feeling a bit jittery about the thought of getting on stage. Don't worry, we're not in the business of ambushing anyone.
The stage is a volunteer-only zone. Just ask anyone who's been on stage - they'll tell you it's a hoot and a half!
Has anyone actually found love through your shows?
Yes, people have found love through our shows! We have had a wedding, engagements, serious relationships, flings, and countless friendships form as a result of our programs. In fact, we are proud to share the success story of Nathan and Janelle, who found love through our show and have since started a beautiful journey together. You can read the article here
We believe that our shows provide a unique opportunity for individuals to connect and form meaningful relationships, whether romantic or platonic. So, if you're looking to find love or new friends, we encourage you to give our shows a chance
How can I be part of the show?
When you arrive at the show speak to the door staff. There will be someone walking around with a clip board taking volunteers names down. We will do our best to get you involved on stage.
What time should I get there?
Depending on the venue the doors will open 30 minutes to one hour before the show commences. we recommend arriving early so you can get a drink and talk to people prior to the show commencing.
What should I wear?
Although most of our venues don't exactly have a dress code, we recommend 'smart casual'.
Remember, first impressions count.
What's the age backet
Our singles events are now for all ages. The average age varies from 23 to 49 years of age.
If you're not within this age bracket it doesn't matter though as it does vary and you'll still have a good time either way.
With 150 - 300 tickets sold for events you can image the mix we get.
How many people attend the shows?
Since we've opened our shows have sold out pretty much every time.
Depending on the venue you can expect between 140 to 300 people.
Is this something you can go to on your own?
You would be suprised how many people go with mates the first time and then the second time they want to go on their own. Itget's them out of their comfort zone and it makes you speak to other people. So yes you can go on your own.
What's the ratio of male to female?
If you're a gentleman reading this worrying that it's going to be heavily male based. Think again.
We work on a ratio of about 60% female and 40% male. Why the difference? Because ladies like to bring their wingwoman who's taken but wants to come down for support.
Will there be time to socialise?
There will be plenty of time before the show, between breaks and at the end we will keep the bar open where you can meet everyone. We usually have a venue to go to afterwards or we stay at the venue of the show.
SHOW FAQ's
Blind Date
Contestants can volunteer themselves at the start of the show to go on stage and participate in the show.
The main contestant get's three random questions to ask the other volunteers on stage before they pick someone based on the answers provided.
Win Your Mate A Date
This segment get's interesting. Hand over the power to your friend and let them ask the other contestants on stage a series of three random questions.
Based on those answers they will pick who they think is right for you to go on a date with.

Cock Block Cards
Hidden at the venue are 'Cock Block Cards' which hold the power to replace anyone on stage. If you fancy someone on stage and you hold a cock block card you can replace anyone on stage before the segment starts.
Ballot Box Questions
At the show you'll see three ballot boxes for you to fill out which will be read during the second half of the show.
Pettiest Reasons To Break Up
Share your petty reason why you called it off or a petty why someone broke up with you.
Funniest or Strangest Dating Stories
We want to hear the craziest, funniest or strangest dating stories out there.
Worst Or Best Pickup Lines
You write the pickup lines and we will test them on stage and see what works and what doesn't. Check out our social's to hear some of the best ones we've had.
